....albeit hindered by several glitches and bugs... but I feel it was a good franchise!!!!
I recently saw YouTube matches and figured there's so many legends who would deserve a spot in the games....
- Blackjack Mulligan & Blackjack Lanza
- All the Fabulous Freebirds for feuding with the Von Erich family in the South ... at least Michael Hayes & Terry Gordy
- Lou Thesz !!!!
- the father of puroresu himself, Rikidozan !!!
- maybe (maybe) Ed "The Strangler" Lewis... they could add the Dusek Brothers from the same era
- if Hogan and Guerrero were in the games... why not Ric Flair? (Hogan was in the WWE, Guerrero was about to make a comeback in WWE from a hiatus when Legends II came out... they were in Showdown: L.O.W as well)
- the Valiant Brothers
- Haystacks Calhoun (being talked in Sammartino' s video on L.O.W. II)
- maybe Buddy Landell and Dick Murdoch (even if they became sometime jobbers in the WWF a long time ago)
- Tony Garea (he was Rick Martel's partner in the early '80s)
- Pat Patterson
- the Briscos (Jerry and Jack)
- The Samoans (Afa & Sika) and several ones from their family and "islander" friends - Rikishi, Samu, Tonga Kid
- Haku
- The Powers of Pain (War Lord & Barbarian)
- Demolition
- The Masked Superstar (I know he was Demolition Ax...)
... there's many I forget...

I like the franchise hopefully Throwback makes LOW4 and makes it the best in the series. They also should add every one you mentioned especially Haystacks

A good series but the glitches and the quirky move animations do take away from it. I would say the best of the series would be the second one.

That's the Career mode I like the most, touring territory by territory, winning the regional belts, the US belt , and the World belt... and LOW II has a big roster!!
